Problem Note 52490: Editing the default metric template for SpringSource tc Runtime 7.0 Manager results in a blank page in the SAS® Environment Manager
When you try to edit the metric template for the SpringSource tc Runtime 7.0 Manager in the SAS Environment Manager, the template page is blank.
To resolve this problem:
- Download the ConfigMetrics.jsp file from this location.
- Replace the existing ConfigMetrics.jsp file, which resides in the SAS_configuration_directory/Lev1/Web/SASEnvironmentManager/server-5.0.0-EE/hq-engine/hq-server/webapps/ROOT/resource/common/monitor/config directory, with the new file that you downloaded.
- Restart the SAS Environment Manager server. Steps for restarting the server are available in your instructions.html file.
